Takes me back to the days at Farrell's in Oxford Valley Mall. Great old time style!

Ice cream sunday was good but the one flavor of icecream a bit freezer burnt. Wamhat passed me off the most was the menus for a larger sunday was 7.05 but they charged me 7.85 and the medium was like 5.85 but charged 6.15... what a ripp off

This is a classic old timey ice cream counter. They have fantastic fresh made waffle cones. wait staff outside using techy tablets and paying via Square , but the old-time feel and hometown local attitude still make this worth the visit.

You will want to go here. And you'll go again and again.

Very disappointed! Ice cream is very icy and not creamy at all. You can tell right away that they use low end dairy. Higher quality ice cream shops use more expensive and cream with a higher fat content for a more rich and creamy product. I came here with high expectations and left very disappointed. I guess I will have to travel a little more for good ice cream. Service was good and staff is friendly... just wish the ice cream was better.

Was a great little ice cream parlor at one time, now all they sell is garbage! Ice cream is always freezer burnt, milk shakes suck and water ice is horrible. The young kids there don't even understand how to make a strawberry sundae!

No, no you don't.The warm, inviting feeling of this Burlington City establishment will have you coming back. UMMMs is a place to make memories. Whether it's biking there with your friends after school for a Boost slushie or taking a date there on a hot summer's eve to get a double scoop and walk along the Delaware.It's a comforting feeling to think, with all the growth and changes that Burlington City will see in its near future, UMMMs will still be standing there on the corner for future generations.

I used to come here when I lived in the Mt. Holly area, even before gentrification started in the Burlington city center. The ice cream and shakes were top quality, high fat content, and the facility was clean and very well maintained. Just went back yesterday for a visit and my disappointment meter almost wrapped the indicator pin around the far end of the "Aw Shucks" scale. The product was Ice Milk. Crystalline, thin, and both the vanilla and chocolate chip mint left an artificial flavor aftertaste in my mouth. My waffle cone, two scoop order was broken when delivered to the table by an youngster, without apology or offer to redo the order. I judged the decor and cleanliness of the bathroom and seating area mediocre. Nothing to recommend to anyone and I will not go back in the future. Too many other places are being run much better within a 10 mile radius.

We had an amazing time, got a small ice cream, and two small sundaes. We were served at a table using glass dishes and water on a Saturday. Very creamy and delicious ice cream, would very much like to come back!

The staff here at Ummm’s are friendly and the ice cream is good. I like how they make the waffle cones right in front of you and have a nice variety of toppings to choose from for your ice cream.

Since I was a little girl me and family have come for dessert n conversation. Nice to have still have a historic mom n pop type of place to have dessert n hangout. Great nostalgic place and family atmosphere icecream, water ice and the service is awesome!!!

What a classic place, great ice cream and historic Burlington City, perfectly located only a block from the riverfront. Making this a very desirable place to enjoy a wonderful ice cream at a beautiful location.

I remember when this place opened up 30 years ago and it has always been a place of joy. There is outside tables and if it's too hot out sit inside in the ac. I love the boost slushies in the summer. It has a nice 50s style to it. And it's right next to the waterfront so after you get ice-cream go for a nice walk along the river.

The ice cream was good, even though the scoop size was smaller than the last time we went, and it melted really fast despite being in the air-conditioning. The tables needed cleaning and the floor was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned since yesterday morning. The young man who served us seemed like he would rather be somewhere else. One of the other guys behind the counter couldn't be bothered to put his stupid phone down and was eating the whole time. Overall, I'm dissapointed with the experience we had, this time. Hoping next time will be better.
